All rates are for 2 adults and 3 children. A $5.00 per day charge for each additional person above 2 adults and three children (Max of 4 adults and 4 children).
Reservations with more than 2 adults or 4 children are not allowed for extended stays longer than two weeks.

| MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY All monthly reservations require a $100.00 deposit to reserve a site. The $100.00 will be applied to the first months rent upon check-in. You must cancel 30 days prior to your arrival date in order to receive a full refund of your deposit. |
| CANCELLATIONS: There is a standard 48 hour cancellation policy. A one night charge will be assessed if a reservation is not cancelled within the applicable time frame. |
