| All rates are for 3 people. A $3.00 per day for each person, $18 per week for each additional person, age 17 and above, will be added. All monthly reservations must be made by calling the office to secure your site. |
| MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY All monthly reservations require a $100.00 deposit to reserve a site. The $100.00 will be applied to the first months rent upon check-in. You must cancel 30 days prior to your arrival date in order to receive a full refund of your deposit. |
| CANCELLATIONS: There is a standard 48 hour cancellation policy. A one night charge will be assessed if a reservation is not cancelled within the applicable time frame. |
